You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking or creating an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any booking, membership, or account if these terms are breached.

3. Service and Offerings

Leading Divinely offers coaching and healing services, including one-to-one coaching, Transference Healing® sessions, and programs delivered online or in person.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw services, pricing, or content at any time. If services you have booked are impacted, we will notify you and provide options consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Payment and fees

Fees for services are displayed on our website.
Payment must be made at the time of booking through approved payment methods (including credit/debit card and PayPal, unless otherwise specified).
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
By booking, you authorise us to process payment for the services selected.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellations and rescheduling are managed through Wix’s booking platform.
If you cancel or reschedule within the required notice period (48 hours), your session may be rebooked without penalty.
Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind. Credits will be issued where services cannot be delivered as promised, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided in good faith and with reasonable care and skill.
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from coaching or healing services, as results depend on your individual circumstances, choices, and actions.
Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, service descriptions, and resources, are the intellectual property of Leading Divinely or used under licence.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without prior written consent.

8. Accounts and Memberships

Where the website allows you to create an account or membership, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts if:
- You breach these Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected
- Required payments are not completed
