Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Leading Divinely, we are committed to delivering services with care, professionalism, and integrity. This Refund Policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and to set clear expectations about refunds and credits.

2. Change of Mind

  • Refunds are not offered if you change your mind, decide you no longer wish to proceed, or fail to attend a scheduled session.

  • Once a coaching or healing program (3- or 6-month package) has commenced, the full commitment applies for the program duration.

3. Rescheduling

  • Sessions can be rescheduled through the booking system up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations within 48 hours of the booking may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.

4. Conditions for Refunds or Credits

  • Refunds or credits will only be provided under the following circumstances:

    • Service Not Delivered
      If we are unable to deliver a scheduled session due to illness, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

      • a rescheduled session, or

      • a credit for future use, valid for 12 months.

    • Australian Consumer Law Rights
      You are entitled to a refund under the ACL if a service has a major problem. A major problem occurs if the service:

      • is not delivered with due care and skill,

      • is unfit for the purpose agreed, or

      • is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
        In these cases, you may request a refund within 14 days of the issue arising. Refunds in these circumstances will normally be full refunds, unless partial delivery of services has already occurred.

5. Full versus Partial Refunds

  • Full refunds may be granted under ACL provisions where no services have been delivered or the service has a major fault.

  • Partial refunds may apply if a portion of services has already been delivered, and you are legally entitled to compensation for the reduced value of what you received.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Provide your name, booking details, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 7 business days.

7. Updates to the Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.​
