Leading You is more than coaching; it is a transformational partnership that honours both your professional role and your spiritual evolution. It is about putting your “own oxygen mask” on first, awakening your potential, and learning to lead with wisdom, compassion, and impact. The program is a 1:1 coaching and healing journey designed to help you transform. Guiding you to align with higher purpose, unlock intuitive leadership, and embody resilience to lead authentically. It is created for conscious senior leaders, executives and entrepreneurs and who have achieved success in traditional methods yet feel something is missing, something deeper: a way of leading that is authentic, intuitive, and aligned with the higher purpose. This service integrates intuitive leadership coaching with Transference Healing®, a profound energy modality that clears blocks, raises consciousness, and activates your higher potential. The result is not surface-level change, but deep personal awakening that reshapes the way you live, lead, and influence others. Each cycle of the program combines a coaching session and a healing session. Coaching sessions follow the GROW model, helping you define goals, explore reality, uncover options, and commit to action. A Transference Healing® session then deepens the process, dissolving blocks and integrating insights at a soul level. This flow ensures your transformation is both practical and embodied, creating clarity, momentum, and authentic change. You will receive regular coaching sessions delivered via Zoom and remote healing sessions with voice recordings, scheduled either weekly or fortnightly depending on your chosen format. You will also receive information and templates related to your Chiron placement and Animal Magic totem, which act as personal guides throughout the journey. In addition, you will be gifted a copy of the Beyond Doorways (Alexis Cartwright) book , which is referred to during coaching sessions to expand your understanding of energy, healing, and transformation. The three-month journey provides concentrated focus for specific goals and energetic shifts, while the six-month immersion allows for deeper integration and lasting growth. Weekly sessions offer consistent support to help you move forward from your old patterns, while fortnightly sessions provide time for reflection and slower integration. Both pathways are tailored to your needs and designed to help you embody authentic, heart-centred leadership.
