I'm Melissa Barras, founder of Leading Divinely.
I bring leadership experience, coaching and Transference Healing® together to support people who are curious about what their experiences are revealing to them.
My work beings with openness, self-awareness and the possibility of change.

Leadership and organisational change
My professional background spans more than 15 years in PMO leadership across utilities, government and corporate environments.
I understand the pressures of responding to change, working across competing priorities and helping people move towards a shared purpose.
Coaching and spiritual practice
Alongside my professional experience, I bring leadership coaching and my work as a Transference Healing® practitioner and teacher.
These perspectives inform the space I offer for reflection, awareness and personal exploration.
I bring both perspectives to my work, with respect for each person's experience and readiness.

Leadership for a changing world begins within.
I am developing Leadership Alchemy from the belief that meaningful change begins with the fears, beliefs and patterns shaping how we see and respond to the world.
My vision is for that inner work to flow into healthier relationships, more open decisions and organisations that serve a shred purpose.
I want to create space for genuine transformation, where leaders can become more curious about themselves and the possibilities around them.

I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore what is arising without pressure to reach a particular answer.

Leadership is my primary focus, and I also welcome people seeking Transference Healing® sessions or training for their own personal and spiritual growth.
